وزيرة الإسكان تلتقي نائب رئيس شركة CSCEC الصينية لبحث تعزيز التعاون في تنفيذ المشروعات الكبرى

في إطار جهود وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية لتنفيذ مشروعات تنموية كبرى، وتعزيز التعاون المصري–الصيني في مجال التنمية العمرانية، تنفذ الوزارة بالتعاون مع شركة «CSCEC» الصينية عددًا من المشروعات بمدينة العلمين الجديدة.

وتشمل هذه المشروعات أبراج العلمين «الداون تاون» وبحيرات «الداون تاون»، بما يعكس تنوع مجالات التعاون بين الجانبين، ويدعم رؤية الدولة لإنشاء مدن جديدة متكاملة تجمع بين السكن والخدمات والاستثمار والأنشطة السياحية والترفيهية على ساحل البحر المتوسط.

As part of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities’ efforts to implement major development projects and strengthen Egyptian-Chinese cooperation in urban development, the Ministry is implementing a number of projects in New Alamein City in cooperation with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC).

These projects include the Alamein Downtown Towers and Alamein Downtown lagoons, reflecting the diversity of cooperation between the two sides and supporting Egypt’s vision of developing integrated new cities that combine housing, services, investment, tourism, and leisure activities along the Mediterranean coast.
